Try It Like This provides one-time email, phone, and Zoom coaching services. Phone and Zoom purchases can be used to book available 30-minute calls.

Coaching is practical support and personal guidance. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or emergency support.

Clients are responsible for choosing available session times and providing accurate intake information. Missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions may be handled according to the business policy communicated at booking.

Email coaching is delivered as one written response after a client submits their situation through the dashboard. Phone and Zoom calls are delivered at the booked time selected by the client from available slots.

The Time Sensitive option moves a request to the front of the queue. It means the request will be handled as quickly as reasonably possible, but it does not guarantee immediate, emergency, crisis, legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic support.

Phone and Zoom calls can be rescheduled before the scheduled time when available slots exist. Email coaching cannot be canceled after the situation has been submitted and work has started.

Purchases are processed through Stripe. If I cannot find any answer to your question, I will refund the payment. Disagreement with an answer, dissatisfaction with an answer, or a desire for a different answer does not qualify for a refund. Feedback can be submitted through the client dashboard.
